Wondered is this an auto tuner and an external tuner too?

Also would you considered any non-ham gear like computer items?

I have an internal ide  8x Teak dvd single layer burner that don't need any
longer and that's been pulled from my Dell as upgraded to a faster dual
layer dvd burner that is in excellent physical, cosmetic and working
condition?
