Hi Sherry,
I know sometimes I start craving things although I have not had them. I
wonder if it could be due to hormones. I do have to be careful with fruit.
An occasional tart apple or some berries that are not too sweet are ok, but
I can't eat sweet apples or pears, or really any fruit that tastes too
sweet. I immediately start craving more sweets and I feel really hungry.
As for dairy, I wasn't able to have any for a long time because I was
intolerant to sodium caseinate, whey, and other subfractions of dairy. Now I
am 'just' lactose intolerant so occasionally will allow myself some organic
cream in some organic decaf, or a little bit of butter on my food, but I try
not to overdue it. I wouldn't say I am craving dairy now, but I think about
having it more often then when I wasn't eating it at all.
Kristina
