Kristina,

Cravings before AND after ! Grrr. I wonder if too much fruit can cause
cravings to act up. When I was eating winter diet, I seemed to be more
satisfied, and now I'm all over the map. Think I'll try that again
beginning tomorrow. Summertime is difficult with all the great fruits in
season, though.

Sherry

Hi Sherry,

Given your last comment, I assume you gave in and had some dairy? I wonder,
did you break down and have some and then the cravings started, or did you
start craving it before you ever had any?

I think often times seeing other people eat things we like and telling
ourselves (much like you said) that we 'can't' have that same food can cause
us to want it even more.

Kristina
