The just-released November issue of Gourmet includes an article about
gluten-free baking with four recipes (for chocolate chip cookies, lemon
layer cake and pizza crust and the gf flour mix used to make them). Haven't
tried them yet, but they look pretty good. You may be able to view them soon
at www.epicurious.com <http://www.epicurious.com/> . Otherwise, I believe
the magazine is just hitting the newsstands this week.
