Does anyone know why my bread machine bread would sink at the top of the loaf? It rises and looks wonderful until it actually starts to bake, then it sinks. It is still good but I would really like to find out why it is sinking. Is there an ingredient I need to adjust? I'm using a Breadman, on the normal cycle, which takes approximately 3 hours. My old bread machine, which I gave away, didn't do this. I have other cycles to choose from, but never having used any other cycle, I am afraid to experiment and ruin the bread completely. Any help would be appreciated.
