Ok, with a very red face, I am here to tell those of you who don't already
know, that the virus alert I sent out was a complete hoax. This file is
indeed needed by win 98 (Mac users don't have to worry)., so don't delete it.
Very, very sorry about this -- I will be more vigilant in the future but I
knew the source and assumed it was kosher.
