I felt like a kid in a candy store today.
Went to the Happy Carrot on Kinderkamack Road in River Edge, NJ. (Bergen County)
(Its minutes away from the GW bridge-and close to all the good malls)
They have the largest selection of GF items under one roof.

Not only do they have the usual boxed pasta's, they have dietary specialties (frozen ravioli, stuffed shells etc) in stock.
They carry all the kinnikinik breads, cybrose, foods by george, etc.
Donuts, hot dog buns and all.
Even had ready made frozen pie shells.
And Mr. Ritt's Bakery goods too!

This is also the only location that carries this new product by Food Tek.
Its sold 4 servings in a bag-you add water, shake and micro for 1 minute. Its delicious!
