Thanks for the explanation. That limits the amount of grains con-
sumed very much, I think.

Well, if you crack open nuts or almonds you win some grams of
eatable stuff while single grains are below one gram. Also nuts
contain fat, so they have much more calories.
Therefore I prefer nuts. :-)
