I have an IBM Thinkpad T23 type 2647 notebook computer. It currently has a CD/DVD reader in the ultrabay. I would like to upgrade to a combination CD/Double Layer DVD/RW. Can anyone tell me where to find one? As far as I can tell IBM does not offer one. Can I buy a DVD/RW notebook drive from another manufacturer and exchange the internals to fit the drive currently in my ultrabay? Any help will be greatly appreciated.
