Hi Donna,
What kind of graphic card do you have? One thing to check is to set the
BIOS "AGP Aperture size" to match whatever the memory size of the graphic
card is.
Also see if you have the latest video driver.
Lastly, you might also try looking at the AGP settings in the display
properties (right click desktop -> properties -> settings -> Advanced, if
"Fast Write" is enabled, turn it off).
