Meat in his time differed from the modern meat.
Even the grass-fed farm beef I get is very lean, I can't get the organs.
He ate organ meat too. Maybe some raw. Also better than what I can get.

This is sloppy science that doesn't tell what they are really studying,
implying that all meat is the same.
And they study the effect of milk, one must dig to find that low-fat
pasteurized was used.
Nonsense.
