Oh Julie,

It's always so hard to retire these guys.  Are they checking to see what
else might be going on with Lear?  As far as actual retirement, it's hard to
say exactly, but you just know in your heart.  That doesn't mean you won't
go back and forth between should I or shouldn't I.  I've done that with all
my guides.  You just know in your heart of hearts.    People might suggest
this and that, but you just know.  My heart sure goes out to you.  You can
sure treasure and enjoy each and every day you work together though,
regardless.  If you want to call and talk, you have my number.  I sure will
be praying for the two of you.  God will give you his strength and courage
through it all.
