I ttried the e-mail look-up here at the house, and got a reply within about
10 seconds as you said. At work, though, with the University's network
system, the turn-around time is more like 2 or 3 minutes. But, hey, it's
better than nothing.
Anyway, I got the e-mail service to work, and want to thank you for the tips
on how to do it.
