All of the instructions are not in the ts 2000 manual.  That is the 
problem.  I fought this thing for 3 or 4 months and finally wrote Kenwood 
service.  They sent me a docukment outlining things that had to be set 
that were not covered in the manual.  It is this document, which I had 
sent to several on this list, that I am looking for.  Again, this bulletin 
from Kenwood covered things that were not included in the 2000 manual 
whichy I have.
