Matt,

First, have you tried listening on another receiver to insure you are
transmitting a signal?

Second, how far are you from the repeater? Is it one that you can hit with
four watts or so, which is about what the THF6A puts out on high power?

Third, if you can hear your signal on the input, and the repeaters are in
range, do they use PL? I am just making sure you've covered all the obvious
stuff before packing it up and sending it off.

Don't know how long you've had your rig. One option is if it is under
warranty, find the nearest authorized Kenwood service dealer. I think, if
you don't have an authorized dealer near you, that Kenwood's East Coast
facility is in Virginia Beach, Virginia.

Reviews of the East Coast Center on EHam seem to indicate that the general
turnaround time is a week or so. Some people gave them negative reviews on
equipment that was unrepaired because parts weren't available. This should
not be a problem with the THF6A.
