I know people that run high power in the mobile. 1 in particular even has a
picture of how he does it on his web site and he supposedly hangs around
with the AM gang on 75 though I've never heard him there.

I think most of the high power guys that play that way on 75 are
fixed stations. I don't know how practical it is to run high power
AM as a mobile station.
