There's the clear speech speaker that I see a lot on the used market, but
another one that has great reviews and a friend that has 1 loves it is the
soundssweet speaker, it's a little pricy but seems like it's really
something.

I think I read a discussion here a long time ago about a speaker that =
was designed especially just for speech.such a speaker would make sense =
because the wide frequency response wanted for music just makes more =
background noise for speech. does anyone have one of them? How does it =
work? Where did you get it? My nerve deafness hearing loss gets worse =
every year and any help I can get to understand radios and computers is =
going to keep me interested and happy longer. =20

For a long time now, I have bin fighting with echolink on my computer. =
No, it isn't an echolink problem, it is a Bob problem. Rereading for =
the too many time the help file I noticed that they talked about 2 =
different setting for microphones. I thought that the microphone that =
came with my RFB&D Sony recorder would work just fine but now I wonder =
if I missed something. Someone please educate me. Thanks
