  Hi Danny,
No, I'm afraid not. However, I have looked at the PRC104 (selling for
$10,000) surplus at the time and was given to understand that the frequency
was dialed in using megahertz, tens of kilohertz and single kilohertz rotary
switches (similar to the way the Icom 02AT and 04AT radios worked).

Icom also sells the ic-703, a qrp rig that covers 160 through 6 meters with
a built in antenna tuner for under $600. This is the radio I am currently
contemplating, planning to use it for field comms and with an amp at home.
