Tom, press function followed by the band you want to lock out.
(F VHF) locks the VHF
(F UHF) locks UHF
  Unlock is the same.

Subject: putting TMV7A in "lock" mode

Hi, all.

I have another TMV7A question.

Does anyone know how to put the TMV7A into a "lock" condition, so that you
only can transmit on one VFO?

I run a lot of skywarn nets in our area on our local 2-meter repeater, but
also listen to the National Weather Service area-wide net on another
frequency on the second VFO. I simply want to avoid the possibility of
accidentally transmitting on the NWS skywarn frequency on the second VFO.

Thanks, and best 73 from Tom Behler: KB8TYJ
