I wish I had more room here, I'd love to have a collection of radios.

The 1103 is slightly bigger than the 1102, thus better sound via the
speaker. It uses 4 AA rechargables and the best feature is a real =
tuning
knob. Also, according to Universal Radio, the 1103 is cheaper than the =
1102.
If I didn't already have the 1102 I'd probably get the 1103...hmmm, =
maybe I
will anyway!

You can never have enough radios, Regards, Ken -N5SWR

As for the Kaito 1102, you can get the same radio as the Degen
DE1102. But i'd go ahead and get the 1103 instead--the reviews seem to
indicate it's a bit more refined in its controls. You can get the
Kaito version from Universal Radio or somewhere. Or you can get the
Chinese version from Degen on eBay for cheaper if you don't mind
having it shipped from China and having Chinese labels on.
