you looking for one that can be installed in a radio that doesn't accept
one?  if that's what you're asking, no that can't be done though some have
software you *might* be able to use with the computer though every time I've
hooked HF equipment to my computer it was a lot more headache then it's
worth.

   I would like to know if anyone knows of a voice synthesizer that can =
