The 'english siren' is not a mechanical sound.  It's an alarm.  I was hoping
someone would know the significance of that particular alarm.  As John
Sproule said, it sounds like an overheating alarm, however, after replacing
the CPU and MB I'm still getting the alarm and only 2 to 3 seconds into the
bootup.
