Hello,
My son is in first grade now and is eating lunch at school. We're looking
to see if anyone has any clever ideas on things he can take to eat for
lunch.
A typical lunch we've been sending him to school with consists of a "peanut
butter and jelly ricecake sandwich" or "peanut butter and jelly cracker
sandwiches", a bag of chips, a couple fruit or vegetable items, and he's
buying milk and ice cream through the lunch line so he feels like the other
kids going through the line.
Any ideas on how to add some variety to his lunch would be greatly
appreciated. We have access to a refridgerator, microwave and toaster oven
(using foil to eliminate cross contamination) as needed.
 Thanks,
 Mat
