Gluten Free food lists have listed Pacific Foods Natural Mushroom Gravy  as one of the few premade gravies that is gluten free. As I was reviewing the ingredient list I noted wheat fiber listed. I contracted Pacific Foods (of Oregon) reguarding this ingredient and they responded that wheat fiber does not contain protein and therefore was gluten free. I have not been able to verify this on the internet and therefore ask my listmates whether wheat fiber, bran fiber or any other fiber from wheat, rye, barley or oats is in fact gluten free.
