EASI Provides 3 Online Courses Starting May 3

because much of the work of designing Web pages and providing distance
learning is done by people who are not advanced Web masters, EASI
interactive, online courses specialize in taking the jargon out of the
technical requirements for creating accessible Web pages and providing
accessible e-learning.  Each course is month-long and led by instructors
with experience using adaptive technologies and with experience in online
teaching.  EASI courses have reached thousands of people in some 40
countries.  Course material is on the Web meaning each student can work at
his or her own pace.  The courses encourage student interaction as we know
students learn as much from one another as from the instructor.

These courses are good for faculty, instructional designers, information
technology staff, librarians, administrators, ADA compliance officers and
anyone involved directly or indirectly in distance learning or in providing
content for the Web.

Course participants can get 3 continuing education units for a course.
Those taking a package of 5 courses earn the Certificate in Accessible
Information Technology provided by EASI in partnership with the University
of Southern Maine.
