I see the amounts of some ingredients typed as fractions did not come out
that way, so I am writing them out.

One fourth cup green onions, one fourth cup chopped green or red pepper, one
half cup mayo, one fourth cup sour cream, one half teaspoon salt and one
half teaspoon pepper. Hope this clarifies.
