WOW, these cookies are wonderful!!! I posted this last
year but we only make these at Christmas time, so until I
made them again did I remember just how wonderfully sinful
they are.
If you need a new kind of Christmas cookie for Santa this
is it!! I promise you there will not be any of these
left.
Good Luck!

Santa’s Snickers Brand Surprise
Original Recipe: M&M Mars
2 Sticks Butter softened
1 Cup Creamy Peanut Butter
1 Cup Light Brown Sugar
1 Cup Sugar
2 Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla
2 ½ Cups Flour (I suggest using Authentic Foods Multi
Blend, substituted 1 for 1)
½ tsp xanthum gum (if using the Authentic Foods Multi
Blend)
1 tsp Baking Soda
½ tsp Salt
1 13 oz. package of miniature Snickers
Combine the butter, peanut butter and the sugars using a
mixer on a medium to low speed until light and fluffy.
Slowly add eggs and vanilla until thoroughly combined.
Then mix in flour, salt and baking soda. Cover and chill
dough for 2-3 hours.
Unwrap all the Snickers Brand Miniatures. Remove dough
from refrigerator. Divide into 1 tbsp pieces and flatten.
Place a Snickers Brand Miniature in the center of each
piece of dough. Form the dough into a ball around each
Snickers Brand Miniatures. Place on a greased cookie
sheet and bake at 300 degrees for 12 – 12 minutes.
Let cookies cool on baking rack or was paper. Drizzles
melted Dove chocolates over the top of the cookies, then
sprinkle with powdered sugar.
