I recently posted to the site regarding the gluten status of the rib
sauce at Bugaboo Creek Steak House. The following is the reply I just
received.

I have received confirmation from the manufacturer of our BBQ sauce that
it is gluten free.  And to answer your question about Natural Smoke
Flavor, this is a flavoring that is prepared by burning fresh cut
hickory and condensing the smoke into liquid form.

I hope that I have answered all of your questions.  Please let me know
