    This is a good question, of course.  I guess the concern is that if
somehow the movement caught on, and the folks in Pennsylvania got some
political clout, things could turn against the NWS and toward the restricted
availability of NWS. data.

I agree with you--I don't think this stands a chance of passing or getting
anywhere, but it's good to be as sure as we can about this.

Just my thoughts.
