I've done Atkins & I totaly believe that eggs do not give you bad
cholesterol levels and ratios - if anything dietary does it, it seems
to be eating all those refined carbs. But my cholesterol is fine,
that's not my concern with eggs - I'm just trying to figure out what
the rules are.
