Now, I am confused as to how best write my paper on "the problem of evil"
as I see it, there are two types, moral, and natural evil. Moral evil comes
from a person making choices, the free will thing, but what of natural evil
huricanes, earthquakes and the like, why does an all powerful God allow
these things?
One thought I had was because we do do not live in an utopia, we do not have
a perfect world. If there were never natural disasters, how would we learn
compassion, and empathy?
If there weren't moral evil, how would we learn forgiveness and mercy?
