Hi Richard.

I use the '706.  I suspect the Kenwoods are a bit more accessible, but with
adapted documentation, the Icom 706 is usable.  I heartily recommend the
purchase of the Millenium QSYer Keypad (an after market accessory) as it
makes it much easier to move to specific frequencies.
