Both. I use butter as well as olive oil, so now I use more. I eat fatty
stuff, so now I seek it out, like turkey and chicken backs, lamb
breast, fatty pork. I don't eat many nuts, but I keep them around. I
make mayonnaise and use it lavishly on lots of things. I love eating
this way; it feels right for me.
