Well the resident parrot for the desperate and dysfunctional has been conclusively rejected by the people of Saloum.  Folks Hamat is toast !  The opposition has lost one seat, and the ruling party gained one seat in the NA which is already dominated by APRC...you do the math for yourself:   4-1=3

This is a decisive victory for the APRC.
