Also check the configuration of 'Windows Firewall' for 'print and file
sharing' to be an 'exception'. Access to 'Windows Firewall' configuration is
via 'Control Panel'.

Both have the same Computer Name? That might cause a conflict - try
changing that on one of the machines and let us know if it helps.
