Yes, it connects to the computer via a Comm port.
It is the:
Oregon Scientific WMR-968
I got it from Ambient Weather on the internet at a price of $214.00 but now
they have reduced it to $209.00.
I am using a free program called:
FreeWX-Wi
also available on the internet for free.
It works well with Window-eyes.
