I am looking for some help for anyone who gets mouth ulcers frequently. I have been gluten free for 4 years. Before I went on the diet, I had mouth ulcers all the time. Sometimes I would get 4-5 in my mouth at one time and then get them in my throat. When I first went on the diet they disappeared for a while. That lasted for many months and then I started getting them again here and there. I would get 2-3 at a time and then they would finally disappear for a couple of weeks until I get another one. It seems like I go through a phase where I am constantly getting them and then they will disappear for 2 weeks, if I am lucky maybe even a month. I am just so tired of getting them and dealing with the pain. Right now I have two on my tongue and one in my gum area, and some in my throat!
Does anyone have suggestions why I am still getting them??? Or how to get rid of them???? Do you think it is because I am ingesting gluten??? When I get my blood work done, I am always fine.
Thanks for your time!
