Wow...what a wonderfully smooth, delightful taste in
this vodka made in Vermont.  My son bought me a bottle
in VT for Christmas.  I spoke directly with the
president, Duncan Holaday.  This vodka is free of
gluten, made of 100% maple sap.  It is NOT what your
first thought was...sweet.  It does not taste like
sap.  It's smooth without a bite.  Worth drinking
neat...straight, no ice.  Love it!  Here's the
