A while back someone posted that chewable simethicone tablets are never GF -
that is not correct. I have checked several brands, and many are indeed GF.
For me, they are the most effective pain reliever for accidental gluten
ingestions.

Currently I use Maximum Strength MylantaŽ Gas, which the company tells me have
been tested and no gluten was detected. They also state they do not use any
gluten containing ingredients in the manufacture of these tablets.
