I know we all have our likes and dislikes, but I would like to offer another
voice on the Whole Foods biscuits. They are one of my favorite things from
the new Whole Foods GF bakery--although I like most everything. The last
writer found that they went moldy--I have not. I do refreeze them at home with no
problems. I toast them prior to eating and add butter. They are a treat.

I might add that the brownies taste just like brownies. My non-Celiac
husband, who normally does not enjoy my baked goods loves these brownies. I would
like them with a chocolate icing and am thinking the next time I buy them of
adding this, but I do know this is not the traditional way to serve brownies.

I also enjoy the Prairie bread. I actually enjoy sandwiches now. My other
favorite is the peanut butter cookies--I wish they would start making peanut
butter chocolate chip cookies and maybe that will come (yes, I love chocolate).

Just another voice.

Helen
