Dear Listmates,

I have already heard from several of you about spelt and it's non gf status.

The reason I asked the questions was that I had never tried it and always
thought it was not gf. However, I was led to a "gf" bakery in Queens, New
York, who claimed that their
spelt products were vegan, gluten free and dairy free.

I will be talking to them on Monday. I have just opened a gluten free
internet cafe at the beach in Fenwick Island, Delaware. I was told by a couple of
vendors in NYC that this was their source for gluten free dairy free
muffins!! ARGHH!

Hope you are all having a good summer.

Sincerely,

Jill
