Do any of you eat bones? I recently started eating
the ends of chicken bones and cracking the bones and
sucking out the marrow. I am not sure about eating
the entire bone, however, if it well-digested or
causes and problems because of corseness. I read
about how Steffanson ate the bones and concluded that
that was why he didn't have problems with calcium
intake.

Also, I usually discard the skin of chicken after I
bake it. Skin is a bit rubbery in comparison to the
meat portion. Is there any difficulty in digesting
the skin?
