Folks,
At times it is very had to understand what is going on in the Gambia. I
wonder if these people have the personal leadership skills to be in control.
Leaders should serve the people and not intimidate or make life difficult
for them.
Respect is one of the disciplines that our leaders lack. But transcending
self-doubt is not automatic. The Sos must unlearn her self-limiting habits
by replacing them with healthy ones. Trying to be impressive is what is
pushing these people too far. The Sos should remember that self respect
requires discipline, she should not be hard on her staff to get things done
the right way.
The president should know fully well now that most of his cabinet are not
real but are only acting to impress him and satisfy their greed and gain
higher positions. The SOS should realize that our emotional response to
challenging situations, whether positive or negative, is based on underlying
assumptions about ourselfs and our world. A fragile self-concept sets us up
for reactive mood swings. If we define our sense of self-worth by external
events and the approval of others, we are at the mercy of people and events.
So be very careful, Where are those who use to claim reporting directly to
the president, They are no longer with him and today they are biting their
fingers in regret because they were not real. Remember that those who know
the needs of the people are fit to govern them and those who meet life's
conflicts can truly lead the world.
Needs are the crucial building block of conflict resolution.
Effective conflict resolution moves from the hostile atmosphere of demands
to the partnership atmosphere of shared needs.
