Kathy, an easier way to forward to people that you forward to frequently,
is to use the recipients list. In your address book, as you tab around in
an entry, you will see a checkbox for the recipients list. If a checkbox
is checked, you can use the recipients list to forward to and also sent
to. Hit alt-m for the message menu. To forward, hit the letter o. For a
new message, hit the letter m. then hit the first letter of the address
you want to use. As for sending to a bunch of people at once, you can
either create a list if you use the names often, or select, copy and
paste. Brad might know an easier way.
