Hello,

I'm not sure if anyone has suggested this before, but I recently made a cheesecake and 7 layer cookies using Mi-Del Arrowroot Cookies in place of graham crackers for the crust.  The crust was not mushy and stayed together and was the perfect sweetness.  It is the best that I have tried so far.
Just thought that I would share..................
