I can get it in new york; however, there are other places you can purchase
it.

I got my Bards Tale Beer at the Whole Foods store in Raleigh, NC.

On the Bards Tale web site, White Plains, NY was one site listed for Whole
Foods.

there is now a distributor in Indiana and he is going to let me know who
will carry it in the Indianapolis area real soon

I'm from the Midwest, Iowa to be exact.  A local grocery store, HyVee,
carries it in my area.

Earthfare, Charleston, SC.
