Hi Butch.

If it is the TM331A, it is not accessible.  I sold mine when my vision
went.  Your best bet in the used market is to look around for a Kenwood
TM3530A, which has keypad entry and uses the VS1 voice synthesizer.  It
also uses the TU7 tone board.  After market versions of the VS1 and the TU7
can be had from the PIEXX DCompany of Hillsboro, NH.

That is what I am running presently, and it is very accessible.
