This is supposed to be medicinal, boil some oats in much water, strain
thoroughly, drink the clear liquid.
I don't know if this is any good, but it was used to help people heal, so
maybe there's nothing harmful in it.
There's a vague memory that this was called gruel.
I've never tried it.
