Non-paleos claim that meat intake will increase homocysteine levels.  If
you're worried about that -- this may set your mind at ease.  I just got
mine tested during a routing physical and it is below the lowest "normal"
number in the reference range.  So meat certainly didn't raise my
homocysteine -- any ideas if there is any harm to having "too low" a level??
