I'm a new TS-480 owner and have discovered that the voice readout for
the S-meter is always 0 on CW.  On sideband it is what you would
expect even for a CW signal.  Is there a way to get an S-meter
readout in CW mode?  I have the 500Hz filter installed and in use on CW.
